The Broadway Farmers Market promotes the exchange of fresh, quality, local food and agricultural products between the agricultural producers of Rockingham County and its residents and visitors. The Farmer's Market is comprised of local farms, food artisans and specialty goods producers wishing to bring you the best local fruits, vegetables, eggs, coffee, breads and much more to feed your family and friends.

We make all natural remedies with primarily locally grown or locally foraged medicinal herbs, all natural, non gmo, no pesticides, etc. We use recipes from Appalachia and Native Americans. Salves, Tinctures and lotions, anti-aging face/body line, will be incorporating soaps into our line and always coming up with new products to help heal.
Formerly located in Verona and a long time vendor of the Verona Farmers Market, River Spring Farm is now located in Mt. Jackson and offers a variety of products, including: hand-spun and hand-dyed yarn, spinning supplies, fleece, painting and artwork, and baked goods such as pretzels. River Spring Farm also offers Cleveland Bay pure and part-bred young stock on the farm premises.

We have a small flock of Rhode Island Reds and a few others for good measure. The hens and two Roosters "free range" in a fenced area with three Nigerian Dwarf goats named Janey, Butter Bean and Woody. The feathered flock roost in a choice of two, barn red, chicken coups, one with installed ceiling fan for added extra comfort for those hot days. Egg laying comfort style!!

I sell homemade original recipe dog treats using human grade ingredients with no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. I sell 3 different flavors in a set of 6. The sets can be mixed or all one flavor. Each set comes in a homemade cloth drawstring bag, that when brought back gives the customer a discount. I also sell dog scarves in a variety of prints and sizes.
